We will not submit your application to the lender without getting our privacy policy signed by you which we will send to you via email or a verbal consent is completed over the phone once we receive your information. No credit check will be completed without your consent. Any information we receive through our digital platform is not sent to the lenders automatically. We will fully manually assess your current situation and get the relevant documents signed by you before the submission. Once the application is submitted to the lender, then the lender will do a credit enquiry against your credit file to fully assess your application. In some instances, we ask the lender to go through your information without doing any credit check just to see if they are happy to take your application.
